Qualifying web orders must meet the following criteria:
Item total is at or greater than $99.00 USD
Destination is within the USA (lower 48 only – excludes AK, HI & PR)
Free shipping is limited to the standard ground or economy mail services only; the actual method will be considered and chosen at Handpiece Solutions Inc.’s discretion.
Free shipping value may not be applied toward express delivery services. If an upgrade to express delivery is required, that service will be billed at the full rate.
Free shipping is limited to one order per customer, per business day. If orders are split into two or more with the same ship-to-address, the package will be shipped and combined with one tracking number only.
Additional charges resulting from, but not limited to, address changes, delivery exceptions, specialty services (ex: COD), etc. will be billed to the customer.
