Attach the shipping label securely to your package.

Package Your Handpieces Securely

Wrap each item carefully to help prevent shipping damage. Include accessories only if needed for evaluation.

Step 4

Drop Off Your Package

Drop your package off with the designated carrier and keep your tracking number for reference.

What Happens After We Receive Your Handpiece?

Your package is checked in and documented in our repair system.
Our technicians evaluate the handpiece and identify the required repair.
We email you an estimate for approval.
No repair is performed until you approve the estimate.
Once approved, we complete the repair and return your handpiece.

Careful Receiving & Documentation

Handpieces and included items are checked in upon receipt and documented in our repair system. When available, serial numbers and included accessories are noted to help ensure accurate tracking throughout the repair process.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Free shipping is limited to standard ground or economy mail services only. The actual shipping method will be selected at Handpiece Solutions, Inc.’s discretion.

Free shipping applies to qualifying web orders of $99.00 USD or more (after discounts, before taxes).

Free shipping is valid only within the continental United States (lower 48 states). Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international shipments.

Free shipping value may not be applied toward express or expedited delivery services. If express delivery is requested, the service will be billed at the full rate.

Free shipping is limited to one order per customer, per business day. Orders shipping to the same address may be combined and shipped under one tracking number.

Certain items, including oversized, overweight, or special-order products, may not qualify for free shipping.

Additional charges resulting from address changes, delivery exceptions, specialty services (e.g., COD), carrier surcharges, or oversized/overweight shipments will be billed to the customer.

Free shipping applies only to outbound standard shipping charges and does not include return shipping or service-related freight.

Offer has no cash value and is non-transferable.
