Free Shipping Label
For your convenience, we are providing you with a fast and user-friendly way to ship your handpieces to us for free. Please sterilize handpieces before sending them for service.
1. Download and print the Work Order form. Fill out the form as completely as you can and save one copy for your records.
2. Download and print USPS Priority prepaid shipping label. Attach the label outside of the box and securely seal the package. Hand it to your USPS courier with your daily outbound mail.
3. If you prefer another courier to ship your instruments, please contact us and we will generate the label for you to be emailed or fax.
Note: If your package requires insurance, you can purchase it at your local post office. Please make certain that the package is securely packed and sealed in a padded envelope or box. We are not liable for packages lost in transit.
